Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return: return shipping package must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery date
• State of return: item(s) must be new and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact

Inside the package slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Nouveau Nuage, reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged product, etc.) and order reference number (R123456789). Please note, we cannot process merchandise exchanges for customers outside the U.S. (For International returns, we are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels. Please send to above address and follow the same return instructions in this section.)
